Registration deadline: May 6

Registration free of charge for academics, students, wine and gastronomy professionals

Registration fees: 400 € for lawyers and legal professionals (in-person or online). Ten hours training credits for lawyers.

Important info before registration:

All registrations (free of charge or fee-paying) are valid for the whole conference. The number of in-person registrations is limited to 250 for Thursday, May 19 (Law School) and 50 for Friday (Cité internationale de la Gastronomie en Val de Loire).

The number of registrations for the online conference is unlimited for both days.

For the day of May 20, as soon as the first 50 in-person registrations are recorded, a message in red will appear on this page to inform you that any new registration will be treated as one for the May 20 online conference.

For the day of May 19, as soon as the first 250 in-person registrations are recorded, a message in red will appear on this page to inform you that any new registration will be treated as one for the May 19 and 20 online conference.

Registration for Thursday, May 19 only (in-person or online) is possible (with no obligation to register for May 20).  For legal practitioners, further [BP1]training credits: 8 hours.

Registration for May 20 only is, regretfully, not allowed.

Please note that fees remain the same whether you register for one or two days.

No training credit certificate will be issued to participants who have registered free of charge. Payment of registration fees is only possible on the sciencesconf website. No payment will be accepted on the day of the conference.

The online conference will be on Teams. The connection link will be sent by email within 72 hours of registration (for free of charge registrations) and after payment of registration fees (for fee-paying registrations).

For all registrations made during the Easter break period (April 10-18), the Teams link will be sent on April 19, 2022.
